Georgia Power’s Latanza Adjei, Chima Chijioke, and Cheryl Davis are Leading Collaborative Innovation in the Utility Sector with U2030

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Atlanta, GA – April 29, 2024 – Georgia Power, a recognized leader in the regulated energy sector, is teaming up with the Utility 2030 Collaborative (U2030) to offer the Design Thinking Masterclass, “U2030 Design-Think-a-Thon: Breaking Down Silos to Overcome the Energy & Water Capacity Dilemma.” Scheduled May 14-15, 2024, at Georgia Power’s headquarters, this groundbreaking event promises to revolutionize the industry’s approach to tackling critical capacity challenges.

Three esteemed leaders from Georgia Power Company are at the helm of this visionary masterclass: Latanza Adjei, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience; Chima Chijioke, Vice President of Customer Services; and Cheryl Davis, Director of Managed Accounts.

Ms. Davis will welcome participants to the event and introduce Mrs. Adjei and Mr. Chijioke, who will participate in the fireside chat, “Georgia Power on Leading the Utility of the Future.” It will set the stage for the Design Thinking segments that will follow. Led by behavioral scientists from SeeChange Institute, Dr. Beth Karlin, and Dr. Sea Rotmann, it will highlight Design Thinking principles and help participants identify silos, their impact, and solutions to overcome them.
