U2030 EPR CoE Mtg: Operational Resilience: Moving from Preparedness to Prevention

Emergency Preparation & Response Center of Excellence Abstract:

As the frequency and severity of business disruptions grow, so do the challenges for utilities to continue providing reliable, affordable, safe, and sustainable energy. One approach to managing these challenges is to combine traditional incident management with adaptive risk management and thus move towards a new operational resilience framework. The goal is not only to respond better but also to respond less overall.
