U2030 and Georgia Power are teaming up to offer the Design Thinking Masterclass, "U2030 Design-Think-a-Thon: Breaking Down Silos to Overcome the Energy & Water Capacity Dilemma." It will be held at Georgia Power's headquarters May 14-15, 2024, and will kick off with an optional community service project with Park Pride. Esteemed behavioral scientists from SeeChange Institute, Dr. Beth Karlin and Dr. Sea Rotmann, will guide participants in developing silo-busting solutions to solve the widening energy and water supply and demand gap, emphasizing collaboration strategies at the intersection of customer experience (CX) and operational excellence.
Design Thinking, which you will learn and practice during this masterclass, will allow you to explore the depths of your creativity in a safe space, elevate your problem-solving skills, and acquire the tools and resources to effect positive change.
This masterclass is designed for utility professionals from customer and operations-focused departments and individuals specializing in innovation and transformation.
Participating will give you valuable insights into navigating this complex landscape and contributing to developing sustainable solutions.
