Design Thinking Masterclass to Showcase Unifying Industry 4.0 Technologies

Moderated by Mike Smith, a Principal with U2030, the panel is called “Embracing Industry 4.0 and Bridging Organizational Divides”. It features esteemed industry leaders: Patrick Pent, Director of Customer Engagement Technology Solutions, Southern Company; Jennifer Spearman, Manager of Customer Engagement App Development, Southern Company; Shawn Adderly, Senior Manager of Transmission Performance Center, PG&E; and Paul Applegate, Vice President, Alliances & Business Development, InvoiceCloud.
