Access this session on-demand Women Who SPARK Winners Weigh-in: Ensuring Energy Equity, Equality & Justice as the Energy | Energy Central
With the energy transition in motion, it is exposing risks to energy equity, equality, and justice.
An equitable energy transition will only happen if our most vulnerable communities are included. On a local level, we must ensure that low-income communities have equal access to clean energy technologies and energy efficiency measures and are able to afford their energy bill as energy costs increase.
During this session, three winners of the U2030 Women Who SPARK Awards will discuss the status of the energy transition at their respective utilities, how it impacts different customer segments, and what they are doing to ensure energy equality, equity, and justice for all customers.
