The Utility 2030 Leadership Collaborative (U2030) is looking for utility industry leaders, women and men, who are willing to serve as mentors for the next class of the U2030 RADIATE Women’s Leadership Program.
Mentorship is one of the most valuable parts of the RADIATE experience. Each participant is thoughtfully matched with a mentor based on goals, experience, and shared interests. The commitment is simple: one hour each month to listen, share perspective and help a woman navigate her leadership journey.
But this is not a one-way relationship. Mentors gain fresh insights through reverse mentoring, expand their own perspectives and build meaningful relationships with emerging leaders across the utility industry. It is an opportunity to share the wisdom you have gained, invest in someone’s future and leave a lasting leadership legacy.
Mentors should work directly for a utility or for a solution provider supporting utility transformation. We are currently seeking both English- and Spanish-speaking mentors.
As our thank-you, every mentor will receive complimentary registration to the U2030 ENERGIZE Retreat in New Orleans in March 2027, where mentors and mentees will have the opportunity to connect in person.
