Alpharetta, GA – April 22, 2026

U2030 has officially opened nominations for the 2026 Women Who SPARK Awards, sponsored for a third year by InvoiceCloud, honoring women across the utility industry who lead with courage, authenticity, and measurable impact.

Now in its fourth year, the awards recognize leaders at every level—not for title or tenure, but for how they show up: challenging the status quo, lifting others, and driving meaningful change within their organizations and communities.

“This program exists to recognize the kind of leadership our industry depends on—but doesn’t always see,” says Vanessa Edmonds. “We’re incredibly grateful to InvoiceCloud for continuing to sponsor the Women Who SPARK Awards and for recognizing the importance of elevating women who are leading with courage, authenticity, and real impact. Their support helps ensure these stories are seen, celebrated, and shared.”

“At InvoiceCloud, we believe the future of the utility industry is shaped by leaders who bring empathy, clarity, and purpose to their work,” says Jessi Marcoff, Chief People Officer at InvoiceCloud. “The Women Who SPARK Awards shine a light on women driving real results and building cultures where others can succeed. Supporting this program is an investment in the leaders shaping what comes next, and we’re proud to partner with U2030 to ensure those voices are seen and amplified.”
