U2030 CX CoE Mtg: Building Sustainability through Customer Partnerships

Customer Experience Center of Excellence Abstract:

As the US and the world move deeper into the energy transition, utilities have a unique opportunity to partner with their commercial and industrial customers to advance sustainability, improving the utility’s financial and operational future.

During this Customer Experience (CX) CoE session, we’ll hear from a utility executive leading sustainability with critical customers. They will share insights on program development, customer engagement, and the march toward mutually beneficial sustainability and business goals. We’ll also meet a large utility customer from Savannah Chatham County Public School System, executing a sustainability program in partnership with its utility and internal business leaders.
