RADIATE WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Building Confidence, Capability, and Connection
RADIATE is U2030’s flagship, year-long leadership program for women in utilities. The program combines leadership development curriculum, mentoring, a strong peer network, and immersive learning experiences to build confidence and support growth through transformation.
RADIATE is offered annually as either a multi-utility cohort or an organization-exclusive cohort, tailored to your company’s needs.
