About RADIATE
The RADIATE Leadership Program is the utility industry's only leadership experience explicitly designed to help women thrive in high-pressure utility careers.
Sponsored by ContactPoint 360, our title sponsor, and Milepost, our Capstone Project Sponsor, RADIATE blends personal leadership development—such as navigating crucial conversations, maintaining work-life balance, and leading for inclusion—with a deep understanding of utility operations, customer experience, and the external forces shaping innovation and transformation.
Participants gain real-world strategies, enterprise-level insights, and the confidence to lead through complexity and change—the result: bold, future-ready leaders equipped to shape the future of energy and water.
U2030 is now accepting applications for its next class, which starts October 2025.
Nominations are Now Opening for the 2025-2026 Class!
