As a women-owned and women-led organization, U2030 is uniquely positioned to help women in utilities overcome the challenges that often limit leadership growth. RADIATE, our flagship leadership program, combines core leadership development with the tools, insights, community, and confidence to shape your own path and excel at utility transformation.

We offer mixed-utility company classes and classes for groups of women from the same organization.
