Because impactful leadership starts with empathy, U2030 begins every event with a hands-on community service project that connects you and your peers to the communities you serve.

In 2025, U2030 participants assembled more than 600 hygiene kits for domestic abuse shelters, completed a large-scale art installation now displayed at TurnAround’s Jacobi Center in Maryland, and donated more than $8,200 to these partners.
