ENERGIZE Retreat

An Immersive Reset | Powerfully Human Utility Leadership
As utilities face rapid change driven by technology, regulation, and rising expectations, leaders are being asked to adapt faster than ever. While AI and advanced systems are reshaping how work gets done, the most critical aspects of leadership remain deeply human—judgment, empathy, trust, and courage under pressure.

In 2026, the ENERGIZE Retreat is an immersive leadership reset designed to strengthen human capabilities, helping you lead with clarity and confidence in an increasingly complex world.

Who Should Attend

The ENERGIZE Retreat is designed for utility leaders seeking renewal and perspective, wishing to reflect, reconnect, and strengthen how you show up—for your teams, organizations, and communities, including:

  • Executive and Senior Leaders - CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and VPs responsible for enterprise-wide strategy, transformation, and public accountability.

  • Customer, Communications, and Experience Professionals - Leaders shaping customer trust, affordability strategies, communications, and public-facing decisions in highly scrutinized environments.

  • Technology, Digital, and Innovation Leaders – Executives, directors, managers, and supervisors integrating AI, advanced systems, and data-driven tools—while ensuring human judgment, ethics, and accountability remain central.

  • Operations and Field Leadership - Leaders responsible for reliability, safety, emergency response, and real-time decision-making under pressure.

  • People, Culture, and Change Leaders - HR, organizational effectiveness, DEI, and change management professionals supporting workforce resilience and leadership readiness.

  • Emerging and High-Potential Leaders - Directors, managers, individual contributors, and program leaders preparing to step roles with increasing responsibilities.

Defining, Testing, and Owning the Powerfully Human Advantage

As artificial intelligence becomes more embedded in utility operations and decision-making, leaders are confronting critical questions about roles, responsibility, and relevance.
