U2030 Celebrates Cheryl Davis on Well-Deserved Promotion to VP of Customer Solutions at Georgia Power

The Utility 2030 Leadership Collaborative (U2030) is thrilled to share the news that our 2024 Women Who SPARK Award winner, U2030 Advisory Committee member, and upcoming SPARK 2025 Master of Ceremonies, Cheryl Davis, has been named Vice President of Customer Solutions at Georgia Power, effective August 2, 2025.

In her new role, Cheryl will lead the Business Development, Program Implementation & Engagement, Customer Solutions, and Operations teams.

With more than 34 years at Georgia Power, Cheryl has excelled in roles spanning sales, marketing, energy efficiency, customer service, distribution engineering, and project management. Most recently, she served as Director of Managed Accounts, and before that, as Director of Products & Services.

Cheryl’s leadership extends well beyond the workplace. A former State President of The Citizens of Georgia Power, she continues to serve on the CGP state board as an advisor and is a dedicated board member of Meals on Wheels Atlanta. She is a proud University of Georgia graduate and lives in Lawrenceville, GA, with her son, Jack.
