On April 22, 2026, in Charleston, South Carolina, utility leaders from across North America will gather for a one-day immersive experience designed to strengthen the most essential leadership capabilities: judgment, empathy, resilience, and human connection.


As AI and advanced systems begin transforming grid operations, customer experience, and decision-making, the leaders guiding these changes must balance innovation with trust, accountability, and sound judgment. ENERGIZE is built around that intersection of technology and humanity.

Hosted at the historic Francis Marion Hotel, ENERGIZE offers something rare in the utility industry: space to step back, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversations with peers who understand the weight of the decisions leaders carry every day.

From interactive panel discussions and Learning Experience Design (LXD) activities to a comedy dinner show and community service project, every element is designed to spark honest dialogue and shared learning among leaders navigating similar challenges.

Participants will also assemble sea-life themed gift baskets for children staying at the Ronald McDonald House, inspired by the marine life they will see during the closing dinner at the South Carolina Aquarium. The project connects leadership development with real community impact.
