12:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Held the day before the ENERGIZE Retreat

Graduates of the 2024–2025 RADIATE Women’s Leadership Program and their RADIATE mentors are invited to a purpose-driven workshop designed to reconnect, reflect, and re-energize leadership journeys—together.

Now that alumni have had time to apply what they learned in real-world settings, this experience creates space to exchange perspectives across experience levels. Alumni bring fresh insights from the field; mentors contribute wisdom, pattern recognition, and lived leadership lessons.

Together, participants explore what’s working, what’s hard, and what’s next, strengthening the relationships that support women leading transformation across the utility industry.

For mentors, this is an opportunity to deepen impact, learn from emerging leaders, stay connected to evolving challenges, and continue growing through shared reflection and dialogue.

Begin the afternoon with a relaxed, sit-down lunch featuring Charleston cuisine. This opening hour is intentionally unstructured—designed to prioritize relationship-building, conversation, and presence—because trust and connection are the foundation of powerfully human leadership.

1:00 PM – 1:20 PM | Welcome, Introductions & Customer and Safety Moment

Setting the Space for Trust and Learning

A warm welcome, brief introductions, and a grounding customer and safety moment to set expectations and create a supportive environment for open dialogue, mutual respect, and shared learning across alumni and mentors.

1:20 PM – 1:50 PM | Opening Session: #StartWithEmpathy

Reconnecting to the Heart of RADIATE

Revisit the core of the RADIATE experience by exploring how empathy shows up in real leadership moments. Through guided reflection and facilitated discussion, reconnect with the human-centered practices that build trust, influence, and authentic leadership—at every stage of a career.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Ignite Talks

Lessons from the Field: What’s Worked, What’s Hard, What’s Next

A series of fast-paced, five-minute Ignite Talks where alumni and mentors share one focused insight, practice, or lesson drawn from real-world experience—highlighting what has made a difference, where challenges persist, and what others can learn and apply.

3:15 PM – 4:15 PM | Alumni & Mentor Leadership Circles

The Power of Reconnection

Engage in small-group leadership circles that intentionally blend alumni and mentors. Each participant has a dedicated “spotlight” moment to explore a current leadership challenge or aspiration, receiving thoughtful feedback, perspective, and encouragement from peers and mentors alike.

4:15 PM – 4:45 PM | The Next Chapter: Designing Your 2026 Leadership Journey

From Reflection to Intention

Through guided reflection and journaling, clarify what the next chapter of leadership looks like—whether stepping into new influence, supporting others’ growth, or redefining impact. Leave with renewed purpose, fresh insight, and clear intentions for the year ahead.

A meaningful close that reflects on shared learning, celebrates connection, and reinforces the collective power of RADIATE women—alumni and mentors alike—leading forward with confidence, empathy, and purpose.

Bringing Everyone Together

Participate in a sit-down dinner featuring Charleston cuisine at the historic Francis Marion Hotel. This opening evening centers relationship, conversation, and presence—because trust and connection are the foundation of powerfully human leadership.
