Utility 2030 Leadership Collaborative Welcomes Sofia Rowey as Executive Assistant

The Utility 2030 Leadership Collaborative (U2030) is excited to announce that Sofia Rowey has joined the team as Executive Assistant. In this role, Sofia will provide essential support to U2030’s leadership and operations, helping ensure members and programs continue to thrive.


Sofia brings over four years of administrative leadership from her time at A Path With Heart Counseling, where she managed daily operations for a team of more than 20 clinicians. In that role, she streamlined office procedures, supervised staff, oversaw insurance billing and compliance, and implemented systems that improved workflow and client experience. Her experience balancing operational needs with client care makes her uniquely skilled at fostering efficiency while supporting people.


With a background in psychology and communications, Sofia has built strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills. Her passion for mission-driven work and her ability to optimize processes will make her a valuable resource for U2030 as we continue to grow and serve our members.
