U2030 is excited to introduce the RADIATE Retreat, scheduled for spring 2025. Building on the success of the Women Who SPARK Awards, this retreat is designed to develop and support the next generation of female leaders
With a focus on leadership development, self-care, and strategies for hiring and managing diverse teams, the retreat ensures that all participants—of all genders—are empowered to lead with inclusivity and diversity at the forefront.

Mentoring & Reverse Mentoring Workshop
We are offering special mentoring and reverse mentoring workshop the day before the RADIATE Retreat. This workshop pairs Women Who SPARK Award alumni and RADIATE Leadership Program participants to connect and support each other.
