She earned a bachelor's degree and a master's in finance, and currently serves as the Manager of Financial Services at Central States Water Resources (CSWR). Brittany led a successful overhaul of payment processing systems that boosted customer engagement by 180%, earning her the Women Who SPARK Award for Customer-Centric Innovation. Passionate about giving back, she is dedicated to mentoring young mothers and is actively developing her nonprofit, Reflections of Me, along with writing a motivational book titled “Growing In Grace,” aimed at inspiring others to overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams.
