AI and its many uses are becoming ubiquitous. Bloomberg recently reported that AI will be a $1.3 Trillion market by 2032. For utilities, this creates many new opportunities, but also its share of challenges, as well. In this session we’ll look at the potential improvements in customer engagement and experience for utilities and their customers, and also discuss the possible pitfalls to be wary of as the industry enters this new technology space.
