Today, of course, DERs are driving much of the utility industry’s future as a lynchpin in developing a carbon-free energy future. This emergence and prominence of DERs is just one example of how utility leaders need to re-think and then actively apply a new strategy to remain as a viable leader in this new energy future. This U2030 Energy Transition Center of Excellence session will touch on the strategic approach to decision making AND the shifts needed in how we lead and operate our businesses in order to implement those decisions.
