This year, we’ll continue our deep dive into transformative leadership strategies, focusing on innovative solutions at the intersection of utility customers and industry advancements.

Celebrating Achievements and Future Leaders

At SPARK 2025, we’ll announce and celebrate 2025 Women Who SPARK Award Winners, recognizing women who are making significant contributions to the industry. Additionally, we’ll host a special graduation ceremony for the inaugural class of our RADIATE Leadership Development Program. Having participated in monthly virtual sessions from January to September 2025, engaged in a thoughtful curriculum, attended the RADIATE Retreat, and completed a capstone project, this cohort will present their insights during SPARK.

Continuing the traditions that have made SPARK a must-attend event, we’ll engage in Design Thinking exercises, kinesthetic learning sessions, and other surprises designed to inspire, empower, and equip you to advance your vision for the utility of the future.
