During Liberty’s large-scale Customer One technology replacement initiative, U2030 provided monthly executive coaching for state presidents. These sessions helped leaders navigate challenges, identify knowledge gaps, and ensure company-wide alignment—facilitating a smoother, more efficient transition.

Optimizing Assets: U2030 & SDG&E’s Energy Transition
With the Energy Transition in focus, SDG&E partnered with U2030 to refine its asset management approach. U2030 conducted in-depth interviews across all workgroups involved with assets, shared key insights in an LXD workshop, and provided actionable recommendations for organizational restructuring—ensuring a more effective, forward-thinking asset management strategy.

Powering Preparedness: U2030 & SMUD Outage Readiness
To help SMUD and peer utilities enhance their response to outages and emergencies, U2030 assembled a working group of 30 utility leaders from 17 companies. Together, they assessed each utility’s maturity in key areas and participated in a Learning Experience Design (LXD) workshop. The result? A shared strategy to strengthen resilience and drive industry-wide improvement.
